WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY RENTAL?

Your rental includes a maximum of (8) hours for the event. We provide delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup services. The rental hours are scheduled between 9 am and 10 pm.

IS DELIVERY INCLUDED IN THE $395 PRICE?

For the convenience of our valued customers, a delivery fee is applicable and varies based on the delivery location. We deliver in the Denver metro area, Summit County, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Kindly contact us directly for a personalized quote.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

To secure your date and flower wall, we require a signed rental agreement along with a non-refundable 50% deposit. An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent 30 days before your event. Please note that your date and wall reservation is confirmed only upon payment of the deposit.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Being a boutique company, we restrict our bookings to 1-2 events daily. Therefore, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Canceling within the 30-day window of the event is non-refundable is the rental has been paid in full.

WHAT TYPE OF FLOWERS DO YOU USE?

We utilize high-quality faux premium silk for both our flowers and foliage. Our silk flowers are crafted exclusively from premium, top-notch materials. You’ll be genuinely amazed at how convincingly realistic they appear.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • We will need 10ft x 10ft space to set up your flower wall. Please make sure the ground is leveled.
  • To rent a neon sign, it’s essential to provide access to an electrical outlet located within 10 feet of the designated flower wall setup area.
  • We can not set up the wall on rocks of any size. 
  • The flower wall cannot be set up within 10 feet of a body of water. 
  • Once installed, the flower wall CANNOT be moved. 
  • The client must provide free or pre-paid parking for the time of delivery/installation and the time of pick-up/break-down.
  • To facilitate communication on the day of the event, it’s essential to designate a primary and secondary point of contact. Recognizing the potential busyness of the host during events, we kindly request multiple points of contact to ensure effective communication and accessibility. If there’s an event coordinator, a single contact is satisfactory.
